Day Of Solidarity Open House
Let us sow seeds of friendship
American Muslim Voice would like to thank all of our fellow Americans who have been standing by us since 9/11.
9/11 was one of the worst tragedies of our nation but it started a much needed dialog between Muslims and the fellow Americans. Interfaith and inter community forums, began in the aftermath of 9/11, provided opportunities to learn about each other. But it stopped there.
The American Muslim Voice was created to take the next step from interfaith dialog and forums to sow some seeds of friendships and to build durable and lifelong friendships based on the common cause of justice for all without prejudice to race, color, ethnicity and ideological differences.
Ignorance creates fear. We would like to replace this fear and mistrust with a culture of understanding, mutual respect, friendship, faith, peace and harmony in our society and the world at large and hope for a better future.
On behalf of the targeted community, the American Muslim Voice would like to thank all of our fellow Americans who have been standing by us since 9/11 by holding open houses.
Please join us to take the next step from interfaith dialog and forums to sow some seeds of friendship with personal acquaintance and contact.
Together we can make our country safe, secure, peaceful and harmonious, where all of us feel at home.
It is in this spirit that I am opening my home to all my old, new and future friends We will start a “Miracle Movement" to get to know each other better and celebrate our diversity and humanity.
